Some luxury hotels, in addition to beautiful rooms and excellent food & beverage facilities, also offer wellness amenities such as a spa and health club. In this department, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. Relaxation is in your genes, and you make sure that both your team and the guests experience this too.

Tasks of the Health Club

You proactively inform guests about all treatments and products, and sometimes perform wellness treatments yourself. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to often "speak with your hands". Your goal is to provide guests with a good and relaxing experience, so they are eager to return.
