All-round F&B and Front-Office ambassador - Haarlem

Hotel MAF is a boutique hotel with 14 unique rooms, located in a historic 17th-century building in the heart of Haarlem. We offer our guests more than just a stay: a warm, personal experience full of history, comfort and hospitality.

Your Role

As an All-round F&B & Front Office Employee you are the face of Hotel MAF. You welcome guests at reception, handle check-ins and check-outs, serve breakfast, lunch and drinks, and assist with events and gatherings. Thanks to the small scale of our hotel, you’ll gain experience in every aspect of hospitality.

The focus of this role is mainly on the breakfast service. The shifts are usually from 07:30 to 13:00. We also expect you to be available to work on weekends, as these are often our busiest moments.

At Hotel MAF, we serve a delicious and extensive breakfast at the table, prepared with fresh, high-quality products. We see breakfast as one of the most important moments of our guests’ stay. It is the moment where we help our guests start their day in the best possible way while providing a personal and warm hospitality experience.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs

• Handle guest questions and reservations (in person and by phone)

• Serve breakfast, lunch and drinks

• Support the organisation of events and gatherings

• Work closely with the team to create unforgettable guest experiences
