Your Role
At Hotel 1635, everything revolves around personal attention and hospitality. You are present at all key moments of the guest journey and ensure guests feel welcomed, seen, and well taken care of, from arrival to departure.

As an All-round Hospitality Ambassador, you are the face of Hotel 1635. In this part-time role (±10–40 hours per week), you are responsible for a seamless guest experience, combining front office duties with breakfast service and supporting the daily hotel operation behind the scenes. You play an important role in ensuring smooth operations and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels personally valued.

What You’ll Do

• Manage reservations via email, phone, and booking systems

• Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures

• Act as the main point of contact throughout the guest journey

• Deliver warm and attentive breakfast service with table service focus

• Assist guests during the check-out moment in the morning

• Coordinate housekeeping operations and monitor room status and quality

• Ensure rooms are ready in time for incoming guests

• Proactively identify operational needs and respond accordingly

• Support daily hotel operations and handle ad-hoc situations

• Contribute to smooth communication between all hotel departments
