We are Cityden: a fast-growing aparthotel group with 3 (soon 5!) locations in and around Amsterdam. What will you do?
As an All-round Employee, you have a varied role where hospitality is central. One day you work at the Front Office, welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and assisting with questions. Another day you’ll be in the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy their food and drinks. Wherever you work, you create a warm and welcoming experience with a big smile.
Your tasks include:
Checking guests in and out
Being the first point of contact for questions, comments, and minor complaints
Managing reservations and administrative tasks
Taking and serving orders
Advising guests on the menu
Handling guest payments
Who are you?
You are a true Daymaker: You are hospitable, energetic, and enjoy variety. Whether you work at the front desk or in the restaurant, you make sure guests feel welcome. You enjoy working with colleagues, think along, and are happy to roll up your sleeves.
Other qualities we are looking for:
You live in or near Amsterdam/Amstelveen
You speak fluent English; Dutch is a plus
You enjoy learning both sides of the hotel (Front Office & F&B)
You don’t mind working weekends or holidays
You are presentable, hospitable, and enthusiastic
What can you expect from us?
A gross hourly wage of €14.91 (from age 20). You'll also receive 19.49% holiday allowance and vacation days
30% discount at all Lucia’s Restaurants & Bars and Friends & Family hotel deals.
