Are you a Food & Beverage and Meeting & Events talent? Would you like to pamper guests in our F&B outlets? Then we are looking for you; a passionate All-round Food & Beverage Employee who would like a challenge at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West! 

In our hotel you are more than just an F&B employee, you work all-round and you are deploy-able in the restaurant, meeting & events (banqueting), bar and room service. It is a flexible job where you will work both mornings and evenings. It is a unique versatile position where you will be well trained to learn everything about the F&B department in a large hotel. 

We have 476 rooms and 20 meeting rooms, including one room available for more than 750 guests and a restaurant with 300 seats. This allows us to host the coolest events and meetings! Every event or meeting can be different and that is what makes this position so fun and challenging!

In this position, you will work in the various outlets within the Food & Beverage department. When you work the Breakfast shift, you know better than anyone else how to help our guests get rid of a morning mood. You provide ultimate service and bring guests that extra cup of coffee just when they need it. At lunch, you serve the most delicious sandwiches and salads and at dinner, you use your charm to sell that special bottle of wine. You make the guest's stay in all our outlets just that little bit more pleasant!

But also when a meeting or event is scheduled, you are the host/hostess at heart. You ensure that the guests lack nothing and that everything is ready for them as agreed.

With your creativity and eagerness to learn, you are eager to contribute to the various outlets, as your own initiative is highly appreciated. Together with your colleagues, you think up the tastiest and most unique cocktails, you are up to date with the trends of the moment and you know exactly how to give our guests a real WOW-effect.

Your duties and responsibilities are:

• Providing a fantastic service to our guests during both morning and evening shifts;
• Preparing bills for guests, ensuring correct remittance at the end of your shift;
• Preparing and checking the rooms;
• Performing light administrative duties;
• Creatively resolving any complaints from guests;
• Initiating new ideas to optimize the operation.

To fill this vacancy, we are looking for Team Players with;

• The right hospitable attitude and the will to become the best F&B'er in Amsterdam!
• You have a valid work permit & BSN registration (if applicable) 
• Strong social and communication skills and a sense of responsibility
• Creativity in solving problems as they arise
• Good command of the English language
• A broad interest in all facets of the F&B department.
