Do you enjoy variety, working with people and having a job where no two days are the same? Then we might be looking for you!

As an Allround / Hotel Operations Team Member, you’ll work in different areas of the hotel. One moment you’re welcoming guests at reception, the next you’re helping out with breakfast or serving drinks at the bar in the evening.

So you’re not just a receptionist, breakfast host or bartender – you’re part of the entire day-to-day hotel operation.

Plenty of guest contact, lots of variety and definitely no boring days!

What will you be doing?

Welcoming guests and making sure check-in and check-out are smooth and friendly.
Helping guests with questions and sharing your best tips about the hotel and Delft.
Handling reservations and other Front Office tasks.
Helping out with breakfast in the morning and making sure everything is fresh, tidy and well stocked. 🥐
Serving drinks at the bar in the evening and creating a welcoming atmosphere. 🍹
Keeping an eye on the public areas and noticing when something needs attention.
Working together with your colleagues to keep the daily hotel operation running smoothly.
Sharing ideas on how we can make our service and guest experience even better.
And of course, joining our sales challenges, where you can win fun prizes and team outings. 🏆

Who are we looking for?

You definitely don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters most to us is that you are welcoming, enthusiastic and independent, and that you enjoy taking on different tasks.

You have experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, tourism, retail or another customer-focused environment.
You genuinely enjoy helping people and find it easy to connect with guests.
You see what needs to be done and take initiative.
You enjoy variety and like working in different areas of the hotel.
You are flexible and comfortable working both early and late shifts.
You stay calm and keep an overview when things get busy.
You can work independently, but you’re also a real team player.
And bringing a bit of humour and positive energy to work is always a bonus. 😉

A salary between €14.69 and €15.00 per hour, depending on your experience.
