Assistant Financial Controller

As Assistant Financial Controller, you and the Finance team will be responsible for the financial administration and reporting of six hotels within our organization. You will support budgeting, analysis, and process optimization and serve as a sparring partner for the General Managers and department heads of the hotels.

This is how your day will look like:

Managing the financial administration of six hotels in collaboration with the team.
Collecting, analyzing, and discussing financial data with the General Managers of the hotels.
Supporting with budgets, forecasts, and month-end closings.
Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and procedures within the organization and performing internal controls.
Identifying variances and contributing to cost control.
Optimizing financial processes and internal controls.
Supporting VAT returns and maintaining contact with accountants.

What we ask:

You have at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a financial role.
You have good knowledge of financial laws and regulations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
You are analytically strong, able to work independently, and capable of meeting deadlines.
You have good knowledge of Excel; experience with Exact is a plus.
You are a true team player; collaboration and clear communication come naturally to you.
