What will you be doing?
As our Assistant Hotel Manager, you will be the right hand of the Hotel Manager and ensure the daily operation runs smoothly. You'll be highly visible on the hotel floor, act as the first point of contact for guests, and serve as the connecting link between all departments.

You know exactly what's happening in the hotel, ensure everything looks its best, and motivate your team with energy and positivity.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with genuine hospitality, from check-in and check-out to everything in between;

• Supporting the restaurant team and assisting Housekeeping whenever needed;

• Leading, coaching, training, and motivating colleagues across all departments;

• Preparing staff schedules, monitoring operational performance, and handling administrative tasks;

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively implementing them together with the team and management.
