As a Bartender, you’ll be the face of the bar, working closely with your colleagues to deliver warm service, quality drinks, and memorable moments for our guests. You know the basics already, what we’re looking for is someone who brings personality, teamwork, and pride to everything they do. 

What you’ll do: 

• Create memorable guest experiences together with your team 

• Prepare and serve drinks, make recommendations, and upsell where appropriate 

• Handle transactions using the Agilysys system 

• Open and close shifts 

• Manage stock and keep the bar organised and guest-ready 

• Work according to food safety and HACCP guidelines 

• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm with guests and colleagues 

What you bring: 

• A passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage 

• Bartending experience is a plus, but motivation and curiosity matter just as much 

• Knowledge of drinks (spirits, cocktails, beer, coffee, tea) or the eagerness to learn 

• A guest-oriented mindset and strong communication skills 

• A true team-player attitude 

• Good command of English (Dutch and other languages are a plus) 

• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
