The Monet Garden Hotel (4*, 105 rooms) is looking for an experienced and kind breakfast chef (pt or ft).

You are a kitchen miracle who is super friendly in communication towards guests and who wants to provide the ultimate service and quality. You are responsible for preparing small a la carte dishes (we also expect creativity, you are cordially invited to think along and come up with ideas). You work independently and are responsible for the mise en place. You also coordinate and replenish the breakfast buffet.

We have a simple and tasty lunch and dinner menu (also for room service), which you also take care of. You guarantee product quality and work according to HACCP standards, including registration.

You have good knowledge of the Allergen legislation. You keep your work environment and your equipment spotless.

We are looking for an energetic breakfast chef with a tidy character. You preferably have at least 1 to 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4/5* hotel or a special boutique-style hotel. You speak Dutch and/or English. We think it is very important that you consider hospitality to be of paramount importance. You ensure good internal communication with all colleagues.

For this position it is necessary that you can be at the hotel at 6 am, as the working hours are usually from 6 am to 2 pm!
