Will you be our new Breakfast Cook? We are looking for new colleagues for the newest hotel in Eindhoven.

Are you a morning person? Do you like to provide our guests with a delicious breakfast? Then this role is really something for you!

We have 180 rooms, restaurant Social650 including a bar, 3 meeting rooms and a fitness. Do you want to be part of our friendly and hard-working team? Then look no further!

A working day as a Breakfast Chef:

You ensure that the complete breakfast is ready before our guests wake up. Are all buffet items prepared, are enough rolls and pastries baked? Is everything ready for the "Egg Station"? Then let's go! Together with the colleagues from breakfast and dishwashing, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible service. Baking a delicious fried egg or an omelette? Enjoy your meal!

Completed the breakfast? Then it is time to sort the order that has just been delivered. The goods are checked by you and stored in the right place. Everything neatly tidied up? Time to prepare the mise en place for lunch and dinner. During the service you keep the kitchen and workplace clean, tidy and workable.

Prepare and cook breakfast items for the buffet according to standards
Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet during service
Ensure all food is fresh, well-presented, and available throughout service
Monitor food quality, temperature, and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and buffet area
Assist with stock control and ordering when needed
Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
