For the roomservice kitchen of a 5 hotel in Amsterdam*, we are looking for an independent Chef de Partie. You will be preparing lunch and dinner dishes for roomservice and bar, handling around 20–30 covers per day. Orders often come all at once, so efficiency and the ability to work independently are essential. You will work in a small section of the main kitchen, often with just one colleague, preparing à la carte dishes for in-room dining.

Who you are:
– Experienced Chef de Partie or independent cook
– Comfortable working in a small setting and independently
– Stress-resistant and flexible, especially during peak times
– You speak English or Dutch
– You have a valid BSN and your own accommodation
