Crowne Plaza & Hampton by Hilton Utrecht Central Station are looking for a Cluster administration employee.
Your main tasks are debtors, creditors, income audit and other administrative tasks.
The Crowne Plaza has 144 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness and 7 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 250 people.
The Hampton by Hilton has 193 rooms with a bar and a fitness.
Both hotels are located in Hoog Catharijne the Mall and therefore easily accessible by public transport. If you come by train, we will pay your NS business card or a travel allowance.
Responsibilities:
Debtors and creditors.
First point of contact for the income audit.
Submitting and preparing reports for the month-end closing.
Optimizing administrative and financial processes.
Oversee monthly and/or periodic inventories.
A first point of contact for suppliers.
Provide administrative support to management and colleagues.
Do you have:
A relevant education.
2 years of comparable experience.
Affinity with the (hotel) administration.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Excel, Exact, Opera and ONQ.
