Cluster Duty Intern
As a Cluster Duty Intern, you will work at both the Hampton by Hilton Utrecht Central Station (193 rooms) and the Crowne Plaza Utrecht Central Station (144 rooms).
You will provide support to the operational teams. This means you will represent these two international hotels. You will do this by handling complaints, making rounds, and following up on issues in a logical manner. You will also ensure good communication between day, evening, and night colleagues, and you will optimize our safety procedures and the associated training courses.
Do you have:
- A non-9-to-5 mentality?
- At least two years of work experience in an operational position in the hospitality industry?
- A love and passion for our guests?
- A first aid certificate?
- Self-confidence, energy, enthusiasm, and are you a real self-starter?
- A good command of Dutch and English?
- Knowledge of Excel, Opera, and/or ONQ (now PEP)?
