We are looking for Cooks / Chefs de Partie (koks) to join the opening kitchen team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

What will you be responsible for?

·       Preparing and executing dishes according to recipes and standards.

·       Ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.

·       Managing mise en place and station organization.

·       Following hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols.

·       Supporting stock control and proper storage of ingredients.

·       Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

What are we looking for?

·       Experience as Cook or Chef de Partie.

·       Experience in openings is a plus.

·       Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

·       Ability to work in dynamic environments.

·       Passion for gastronomy and teamwork.
