THE ROLE
As a dishwasher you fulfill an important role in the kitchen and you are a full member of the kitchen team. You are very motivated and want to work in a professional and dynamic environment. You like the daily challenges of working in a professional kitchen and remain calm under pressure. You are proactive, have a great sense of responsibility and assist the kitchen team when necessary during the service.

Brasserie Harry’s is located in a historic building in Wyck, Maastricht. It boasts a vibrant dining room, lively ambiance, large open kitchen, and a dynamic bar. Harry’s is open seven days a week and serves a seasonal menu featuring contemporary brasserie dishes. The menu suits any occasion and any moment. No fixed order or set menu – anything goes, and (almost) everything is possible. During the summer months, guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the spacious terrace.
