Doorman

As a Doorman at Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp, you are the true face of our hotel. You are the first smile guests see upon arrival and the last impression when they depart. In this versatile role, you combine the responsibilities of valet, porter, and doorman, ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests upon arrival with a warm smile, opening car doors, and handling luggage with care.

• Parking and retrieving vehicles in collaboration with the valet team, with attention and responsibility.

• Escorting guests to the reception and ensuring a smooth transition into the check-in process.

• Delivering luggage to guest rooms while informing them about the hotel’s history and in-room facilities.

• Proactively informing guests about hotel facilities such as the spa, restaurants, and upcoming events.

• Correctly labeling, safely storing, and administering luggage in the luggage room.

• Overseeing the smooth arrival and departure of individual guests and groups.

• Answering guest inquiries, providing city maps and tips, and assisting with reservations or transportation.

• Offering concierge-related services that make each stay truly special.

• Ensuring guest comfort by providing umbrellas or other amenities when needed.

• Safeguarding the entrance area while contributing to safety, exclusivity, and hospitality.

• Collaborating with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Keeping the entrance, lobby, parking area, and forecourt tidy and presentable at all times.

• Representing the hotel as a genuine ambassador of hospitality and professionalism.
