Duty Manager PT/FT - Amsterdam

Best Western Amsterdam is looking for a hands-on, all-round Duty Manager.

What will you do?

As a Duty Manager, you are the key link within the hotel’s operational organization. You support the Front Office and Food & Beverage (F&B) departments and are responsible for overseeing hotel operations whenever the Hotel Manager is not on site.

In this role, your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for guests with questions, requests, or concerns.

• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinating daily operations and providing guidance and instructions to staff.

• Identifying and reporting opportunities for improvements in working methods and procedures.

• Supporting the Front Office, F&B department, and other departments when required.
