Our in-house restaurant offers a relaxed and contemporary dining experience, serving a mix of international and local dishes with a focus on quality, freshness, and friendly service. 

Are you a people person with a passion for great food, good vibes, and unforgettable guest expereince? We are looking for a Food & Beverage Waiter (Evening Shift) to bring energy, charm, and top-noch service to our restaurant.

As a Food & Beverage Waiter for the evening shift, you will be an essential part of our guest dining experience. You will ensure that guests are warmly welcomed, served professionally, and are provided with an exceptional standard of service in our restaurant and bar. Your role is to support a smooth and efficient dining service that reflects Radisson's YES I CAN! service philosophy.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly, corteous, and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks according to hotel standards and hygiene protocols.
• Provide recommendations or information about menu items, wine pairings, and specials.
• Ensure that tables are clean, set-up, and properly maintained throughout the service.
• Process guest bills and handle payments using the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and service areas.
• Assit with closing duties, including resetting tables and side work.

What we ask of you! 

• A valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands is required.
• English speaking: Dutch is not mandatory.
• Enthusiasm & a true team player.
• Friendly and service oriented.
• Willing to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays.
