As a Breakfast Service Employee, you will be an important part of our enthusiastic F&B team. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our guests can enjoy an extensive and well-presented breakfast every morning. You have an eye for detail, are guest-oriented and enjoy making sure our guests start their day with a smile. Early shifts are no problem for you!
Your responsibilities will be varied. You will help prepare and present the breakfast buffet, replenish products, serve coffee and other beverages, and ensure that the breakfast area remains clean, tidy and welcoming. Throughout your shift, you will pay close attention to our guests’ wishes and proactively respond to their needs.
Together with the F&B team, you will create an excellent gastronomic experience through personal attention, genuine hospitality and your passion for Food & Beverage. You will work closely with your colleagues and contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
As our F&B department consists of several outlets, including the Palmboom Restaurant, our historic Pastorie Bar, Room Service and Meeting & Events, no day will be the same. When needed, you will also support your colleagues across the different F&B outlets. This gives you the opportunity to gain broad experience within an international hotel environment.
Your new workplace, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center, is a 4-star business hotel belonging to Radisson Hotel Group. The hotel features 252 luxurious rooms, the Palmboom Restaurant, the historic Pastorie Bar, a fitness centre and various meeting and conference facilities for groups of up to 200 people.

You enjoy working as part of a team, but are also able to work independently. You are flexible, hands-on and able to respond quickly when the situation requires it. Early morning shifts are no problem for you, and you take pride in ensuring that breakfast is served every morning in a clean, well-organised and professional environment, according to the highest quality standards.
We are looking for a colleague with the same “Yes I Can!” attitude, who strives together with the team to deliver the best possible service and quality to our guests every day.
You also have:
· Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage is an advantage;
· A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality;
· Good communication skills;
· Good command of both Dutch and English;
· Flexibility and willingness to work early morning shifts;
· Availability to work weekends;
· A positive and team-oriented attitude;
· A true “Yes I Can!” attitude;
· Applicants from outside the European Union must hold a valid work and residence permit. Without these documents, unfortunately, we cannot consider your application.
