As an F&B Associate, you are the face of our hospitality. You ensure that every guest feels welcome and enjoys an unforgettable experience — from setting the table to serving the last drink. With your energy and eye for detail, you make the difference every single day.

What will you do?

Preparation & Setup: You make sure the tables are perfectly set and everything is ready for our guests. Whether it’s a daily dinner service or a special event, you have everything under control.

Hospitality in Action: You welcome guests, take orders, and ensure everything meets their expectations. You’re always ready to put a smile on a guest’s face and provide smooth, friendly service.

Cleaning & Tidying Up: After service, you make sure everything is left neat and tidy. You don’t just clean the tables, you also ensure a clean and organized working environment

At Postillion Hotels, we’re looking for an F&B Associate who gets energy from working with people, enjoys variety, and is always ready to welcome guests with a smile. You recognize yourself in the following:

• Education: You have at least an MBO-level diploma, preferably in hospitality.

• Hospitality mindset: You always keep the guest in focus and know exactly how to enhance their experience, from the smallest details to the bigger gestures.

• Enthusiasm: Sitting still isn’t your thing! You love variety and have the energy to stay on the move all day. Your step counter is easily above 10,000.

• Flexible availability: You’re comfortable with varying working hours, in hospitality, no two days are the same. Mornings, evenings, or weekends? You handle it with ease.
