F&B Supervisor - Fulltime - Eindhoven

🏨 About the Role:

As an F&B Supervisor, you're the go-to person during shifts. You keep operations running smoothly from breakfast to bar, lead by example, and motivate your team to deliver top service — even when turbulence hits. You’re hands-on, solution-focused, and know how to keep things calm when the pressure is on.

You’ll work closely with the F&B Manager to maintain high service standards, manage stock, monitor quality, handle guest feedback, and support new team members in their growth. This is your chance to help shape the vibe, culture, and future of our Food & Beverage operation.

🧭 A Day in the Life:

You start the shift with a warm welcome to your team and a quick huddle to go over the day’s goals. Reservations? Check. Guest flow? Checked and forecasted. Stock in place? Good to go. Suddenly, a flight gets cancelled and dozens of hungry, tired guests walk in. You shift gears with ease — reallocating team members, guiding them through the rush, and ensuring everyone stays calm and focused. The passengers leave happy, your team feels proud, and you? You’re already prepping for tomorrow.

🧭 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in F&B operations (preferably hotel or airport setting)

• Leadership skills – you’ve led shifts or teams before

• Calm under pressure – you resolve conflicts without drama

• Fluent in English; Dutch and other languages are a plus

• Understanding of stock control, ordering, waste management

• Hands-on, reliable, great communicator, and always solution-oriented

• You thrive in a fast-moving, multicultural environment

• A natural motivator – you lift others up, even on busy days
