Who are we?

Crowne Plaza Maastricht can be seen as the meeting and conference hotel of Maastricht. Thanks to the connection with the IHG Group with their respectable sales and marketing organizations, this position can be further expanded. The hotel has a beautiful location on the Maas. We offer 174 very luxurious rooms, nine banqueting rooms, a hotel bar and a culinary high-quality restaurant “De Mangerie”. Service, guest orientation, professionalism, friendly staff and consistent quality of our product and service are our top priorities.

Who are you?

• You are easy to deal with and have a friendly appearance;

• You have a hospitable attitude;

• You have experience as a waiter;

• You master both the Dutch and English language;

• You don't mind working evenings and/or weekends.

What are your duties?

During your shift you are mainly concerned with receiving guests, taking orders and serving the guest. This applies to the restaurant as well as the bar and the terrace. You perform mise en place activities and you replenish the buffet stock. This by means of collecting, receiving and checking ordered items. You are also busy upselling our products. But the most important thing is that you make sure that the guest has a good time in 'De Mangerie'.
