For a hotel in the Zandvoort / Bloemendaal area, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (First Line Cook) who takes ownership of their section, keeps overview during busy moments and enjoys being part of a team that performs together.
This is a workplace where the pace can increase significantly during the season. With hotel guests, day visitors and busy terraces, a lot is expected from you. At the same time, you work in an energetic coastal environment where you will learn a lot and grow quickly.

What you will do
Independently run your own section
Prepare and plan mise en place
Monitor quality, presentation and hygiene
Work at a good pace during lunch and dinner service
Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams
Who you are
You speak good Dutch or English
You have experience as a Chef de Partie / First Line Cook
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
You work in a structured way and take responsibility
You are flexible and available when needed
