What will you do?

So much challenge in this all-round position! You are constantly busy taking care of the "wow" factor. You create a warm and cozy atmosphere and ensure that everything is well arranged so that the guest feels special. Together with the team, you ensure consistent quality in the hotel's F&B outlets. In the position of Food & Beverage Employee you are responsible, among other things, for receiving guests, for menu recommendations, serving dishes and for smooth communication with your colleagues in the kitchen. In addition, ensure that your department is always clean and tidy. And "last but not least"; With all the work you perform, you are creating a great experience for the guests!

A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Employee

2:45 PM You get changed, with a cup of coffee, at the Food and Beverage office for the handover with the morning team and evening Supervisor.

3:00 PM After the transfer, you and your colleagues prepare the restaurant and/or bar and provide the Mise en Place for dinner.

4:00 PM If necessary, you support your colleague with the Meeting & Event breaks.

5:00 PM Dinner with your colleagues and recharge for another busy evening.

6:00 PM The à la carte restaurant is open and you seat the first guests.

6:30 PM Together with your colleagues, you will completely wow the guests with your knowledge of wine and food and provide the guests with an unforgettable experience.

9:00 PM Quickly bring Room Service to one of the regular guests.

10:00 PM The restaurant is closed and while your colleagues prepare everything for breakfast, you will support your colleague from Meeting & Events with preparing the rooms for the next morning.

23:45 The last round is done in the bar and your colleagues are in the pantry polishing everything.

00:00 You enjoy a closing drink at the end of the shift with your colleagues, while your colleague from the bar finishes the last work, counts the cash register and writes and sends the transfer.

• You are flexible, a real team player, and you are fluent English language and preferably also Dutch
