Front Office Agent (FT) - Rotterdam

As a Front Office Agent at Haven Hotel Rotterdam, Curio Collection by Hilton, you are the face of the hotel and play a key role in delivering an exceptional and personalized guest experience. You anticipate our guests' needs and ensure they enjoy a truly memorable stay. By providing service that consistently exceeds expectations, you make every guest feel valued and appreciated.

In addition to efficiently handling the daily Front Office operations—such as checking guests in and out and managing reservations—you contribute to the smooth running of the department and help create an unforgettable stay for every guest.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and visitors in a professional, warm, and hospitable manner;

• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established procedures;

• Answering guest inquiries and providing outstanding, guest-focused service;

• Managing reservations and providing accurate information to guests and business partners;

• Performing a variety of administrative tasks while supporting the efficient operation of the Front Office.

With your Front Office experience, you understand what it takes to provide guests with a professional, warm, and personalized welcome. You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and are passionate about creating an exceptional and luxurious guest experience.

In addition, you bring:

• Several years of experience in a Front Office role, preferably within the hospitality industry;

• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;

• Experience with the PEP reservation system is an advantage, but not essential;

• Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-oriented appearance;

• A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations;

• The ability to work independently and accurately while being a true team player;

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to remain calm, prioritize, and perform well under pressure;

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adapt quickly to changing situations.
