OZO Hotels is opening a brand new, modern hotel in Hoofddorp with more than 300 rooms, high-quality meeting facilities, a restaurant, a stylish lobby, a gym, and a wellness center. We are looking for an enthusiastic front office employee. As a front office employee, you are the face of the hotel. You are the first point of contact for guests and ensure a professional and hospitable welcome, a smooth check-in and check-out process, and the correct handling of questions and reservations.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and checking them in and out.

  • Handling reservations (by phone, email, and booking systems).

  • Providing information about the hotel, its facilities, and the surrounding area.

  • Answering questions and resolving complaints adequately.

  • Operating the telephone switchboard and transferring calls.

  • Processing payments and keeping track of cash administration.

  • Coordinating cooperation with housekeeping, service staff, and other departments.

  • Preparing and maintaining reports (occupancy rates, special requests, etc.).

  • Ensuring a neat and presentable reception area and lobby.

  • Monitoring compliance with procedures and safety regulations.

  • Experience with reservation and cash register systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus.
