OZO Hotels is opening a brand new, modern hotel in Hoofddorp with more than 300 rooms, high-quality meeting facilities, a restaurant, a stylish lobby, a gym, and a wellness center. We are looking for an enthusiastic front office employee. As a front office employee, you are the face of the hotel. You are the first point of contact for guests and ensure a professional and hospitable welcome, a smooth check-in and check-out process, and the correct handling of questions and reservations.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and checking them in and out.
Handling reservations (by phone, email, and booking systems).
Providing information about the hotel, its facilities, and the surrounding area.
Answering questions and resolving complaints adequately.
Operating the telephone switchboard and transferring calls.
Processing payments and keeping track of cash administration.
Coordinating cooperation with housekeeping, service staff, and other departments.
Preparing and maintaining reports (occupancy rates, special requests, etc.).
Ensuring a neat and presentable reception area and lobby.
Monitoring compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
