During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Utrecht tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn’t the only place you shine – you also froth milk like a pro.
You work independently, stay on top of things, and handle whatever comes your way – from late check-ins to a friendly chat at the bar.

Job requirements and personal qualities:
You are looking for a nice part-time job (side job) for 0–24 hours per week;
Front office host and barista in one – now that’s multitasking with a smile;
Hospitality is in your DNA – you can sense exactly what a guest needs;
Ideally, you have experience in (international) hotels or the hospitality industry – to provide the best service for our guests;
Flexible availability – Including weekends and holidays;
You speak fluent English and Dutch;
Preferably, you live in or near Utrecht;
You are a team player but also work well independently;
Experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
