Your role

As a Front Office Trainee, you will be responsible for a unique guest experience and the well-being of our guests. You will take care of the welcome, check-in and check-out of guests. With your eye for detail, you will ensure a perfect ambiance. Your genuine guest focus makes guests feel at home. You proactively advise on the possibilities in the hotel and the interesting sights in the immediate vicinity. As a member of the all-round team, you combine your Front Office duties with Back Office administration and serve drinks where necessary. The shifts are from 07:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 23:00, you will have a changing schedule that includes occasional weekend shifts.
