Do you enjoy working with people, like a bit of variety and don’t mind when your working day doesn’t go exactly as planned? Then you might be a great fit for our team!
As a Front Office Receptionist, you’ll be one of the faces of our hotel. You welcome our guests, help them with whatever they need and make sure they feel at home from the moment they walk in.
And don’t worry – you won’t be sitting behind the reception desk all day. You’ll also help out with breakfast, serve drinks at the bar in the evening and, of course, know where to send our guests for the best spots in Delft.
In short: plenty of variety and no two days are the same!
What will you be doing?
Welcoming our guests and making sure check-in and check-out are smooth and friendly.
Answering questions and sharing your best tips about the hotel and Delft.
Helping out with breakfast in the morning – yes, sometimes that includes baking fresh bread rolls. 🥐
Serving drinks at the bar in the evening and helping to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. 🍹
Working together with your colleagues to make sure everything runs smoothly.
And of course, joining our sales challenges, where you can win fun prizes and team outings. 🏆

A salary between €14.69 and €15.00 per hour, depending on your experience.
