Your Role as Front Office Supervisor

As Front Office Supervisor, you are the central point of the front office. You support the Rooms Division Manager, coach the team, and make sure both employees and guests feel heard, assisted, and genuinely welcome.

You set the example on the floor: professional, friendly, and always one step ahead. You create structure during the shift, safeguard service quality, and identify opportunities for improvement.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Leading, guiding, and motivating the reception team

  • Ensuring smooth daily operations during your shift

  • Safeguarding service and quality standards

  • Handling guest questions and complaints — you remain calm and solution‑oriented at all times

  • Providing training and onboarding support for new team members

  • Checking financial transactions and performing administrative tasks

  • Improving communication between departments

  • Contributing to a positive, professional, and guest‑focused working atmosphere

Who Are You?

  • You have experience at the reception or front office (preferably in a supervisory or senior role)

  • You are communicative, professional in appearance, and service‑minded

  • You always maintain an overview, even during peak moments

  • You have a natural ability to coach and motivate colleagues

  • You speak fluent Dutch and English

  • You enjoy working in shifts — including evenings and weekends

  • You think ahead, spot opportunities, and take initiative
