Park Plaza Eindhoven is looking for a Front Office Team Leader who will do their best to give guests a moment they won't forget and we will help you to achieve this goal.

We are looking for a Front Office Team Leader who:

Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
Will promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team
Will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
Can inspire, coach and mentor reception team members
Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills. Basic Dutch is a great bonus!
Preferably with previous experience as a Front Office Team Leader/Supervisor in a hotel
