Do you want to be the face of our organization in an international and dynamic environment and ensure that our guests enjoy the most pleasant stay possible? As a Front Office Employee at Htel Serviced Apartments, you are a key factor in our guest satisfaction! On a daily basis, you will be stationed at the reception desk and handle the check-in and check-out of our guests. In addition to answering various guest inquiries, you will take care of registrations and occasionally offer guests a nice cup of coffee or tea. You will also answer the phone, respond to emails, and ensure that the lobby always looks welcoming and presentable.

What will you do?

  • Check guests in and out

  • Answer questions and provide information to guests

  • Provide customer service via email and telephone

  • Perform light administrative tasks such as preparing invoices

  • Process reservations and cancellations

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, social, and presentable. You gain energy from interacting with people and enjoy thinking in a solution-oriented way. You are a team player and flexible when it comes to working hours. Shifts (including rotating shifts) start at 07:00, 09:00, 11:30, or 14:30, and you will work no later than 23:00.

  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written

  • Completed relevant MBO or HBO-level education

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (no night shifts)

  • Working hours to be determined in consultation, with a minimum availability of 24 hours per week
