Groups & Events Executive - Crowne Plaza Utrecht Central Station & Hampton by Hilton Utrecht

Do you enjoy organizing, interacting with people, and working in a dynamic environment? At Hampton by Hilton Utrecht and Crowne Plaza Utrecht, we are looking for an energetic Groups & Events Executive to join our team!

In this role, you will be the one behind perfect events and meetings. From preparing quotations and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to giving tours and supporting your colleagues with daily planning, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our guests have a top-notch experience.

You will work closely with the commercial team and report directly to the Director of Sales and Meeting & Events Manager. Together, you will ensure that our hotels in Utrecht continue to grow and that every guest feels welcome.
