Groups, Conference & Events Sales Coordinator - Schiphol

You have a commercial and hospitable approach and you work hard to achieve targets. With your organizational and planning skills, you will ensure that our guests will have unforgettable meetings and events at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. You maintain your contact with guests and clients. That is the reason why our guests are returning and leave great reviews about our hotel.

Besides that, you and your colleagues will contribute to even more hotel awards, such as the World Travel Awards and the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.

What else are you going to do? We will explain it shortly, but we are more than willing to tell you more about it in a conversation.

Together with your colleagues, you will handle all requests for group reservations (10+ rooms) and reservations for meetings, conferences and events for our meetings & events department. You maintain contacts with existing guests and clients and take care of new bookings. Thereafter, you plan the event precisely based on the needs and desires of the guest and in coordination with all concerned departments in the hotel. Lastly, you are a great up seller and you are capable of achieving the highest possible revenue for the hotel.
