Would you like to work in the only restaurant in Amstelveen with a rooftop terrace and help build an exciting new food concept? At Lucia’s Restaurant (located in Cityden Zuidas), you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and take the kitchen to the next level together with the team.

What will you do?

• Be part of the management team and work closely with the F&B Supervisor to elevate the restaurant;

• Take full responsibility for the food concept and develop new dishes for the menu;

• Lead, motivate, and actively work alongside your kitchen team;

• Ensure smooth kitchen operations in line with HACCP standards;

• Manage inventory and orders, ensuring everything is stocked on time;

• Organize group events and create customized menus for special occasions;

• Be responsible for stock control and achieving targets, including cost percentages and budgets;

• Contribute ideas on how to keep surprising our guests with outstanding culinary experiences.
