Are you an ambitious hospitality professional with a passion for personalized service? This is your chance to become the Hotel Manager of the beautifully and recently renovated Hotel Damsquare!

As our Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operational and commercial management of our boutique property. You will lead and inspire our welcoming reception and housekeeping teams, maintain top-tier service standards, and ensure our guests feel completely at home. Due to the boutique size of our hotel (32 rooms), you will enjoy direct lines of communication and plenty of room for professional initiative.

Proven experience within the hotel industry and a strong ambition to run a boutique hotel operation.
Guest-oriented, organized, resilient, and an excellent communicator
Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
You work with the team, you can motivate everyone to reach the targets.
You are also someone who can juggle mutiple things at once and are very solution-oriented
You love challenges and are positive minded
