Hotel Manager Rotterdam & Amsterdam - Amsterdam

A hotel where you sleep inside a work of art isn't looking for an ordinary manager.

Hotel Not Hotel is looking for a Hotel Manager. Your base is our hotel in Rotterdam, but you work for both hotels. You'll regularly be in Amsterdam and stay in close contact with the team there. We decide the split together, depending on what's needed.

What you'll do

All-round and truly hands-on. No two days are the same.

• You're the point of contact on the floor for guests, hosts and housekeeping

• You onboard new hosts and coach the team during shifts

• You make sure the hotel is ready at 15:00 as if it's the grand opening

• You solve problems before a guest notices them

• You create schedules and plan the day in MEWS
