About Highland Atlantis Hotel

Highland Atlantis Hotel became part of Highland Group in 2023 and is located on the Ceintuurbaan in the vibrant De Pijp district of Amsterdam. The hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation, with every floor being completely refurbished. Step by step, we are transforming the property into a modern boutique hotel where quality, comfort, and hospitality come together.

As a Housekeeping Employee, you will play an important role in this transformation by ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are always spotless and welcoming, contributing directly to the hotel's quality and reputation.

What will you do?

As a Housekeeping Employee, you are responsible for ensuring our hotel rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. Your responsibilities include:

Making beds according to our quality standards.
Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and sanitary facilities.
Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting furniture and decorative items.
Inspecting rooms for maintenance issues and replenishing guest amenities and supplies.

Good to know: Working in housekeeping is physically demanding and requires you to work at a fast pace. It's hard work, but you'll be part of a close-knit team where colleagues are always ready to support each other.

Who are we looking for?

You are reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality.
You are physically fit and enjoy hands-on work.
Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage, but not required. If you're motivated, we'll gladly teach you everything you need to know.
You have a basic command of Dutch and/or English.
You can work independently but also enjoy being part of a team.

Who will you work with?

You will be part of our housekeeping team and work closely with your colleagues, the Front Office team, the Housekeeping Manager, and regularly with the Hotel Manager.
