Our DNA
First and foremost, we are people who genuinely enjoy making our guests feel welcome and carefree. From business groups to leisure couples, a true “Noxie” naturally goes the extra mile.
Our Mission
To become, remain, and continuously develop as the most valued hotels in Utrecht with historical significance. We do this by creating moments of happiness on a high and broad level, connecting our love for traditional hospitality with a modern style of entrepreneurship.
The Role
As Housekeeping Manager, you are the driving force behind a flawless guest experience. With your natural leadership, you inspire and motivate the Supervisor and the team every day. You know what needs to be done before anyone needs to ask: you have an exceptional eye for detail while never losing sight of the bigger picture.
Together with the Supervisor, you ensure that every hotel space is in perfect condition—from guest rooms to public areas. You guide, coach, and support your colleagues, and with your sharp eye, you carry out the final quality checks before our guests arrive.
You are always aware of what is happening within the team and safeguard house rules and procedures with both professionalism and warmth. You also play an active role in recruiting new team members and conducting progress and evaluation meetings. You act as an important link between Front Office, Management, and the Housekeeping team, ensuring everyone remains aligned to achieve the best results.
In addition, you are responsible for the operational organization behind the scenes.
You place orders, manage stock levels, and ensure that all storage areas and cleaning materials remain tidy, safe, and well-organized. You create the Housekeeping schedule, process changes, and check and register hours in our planning tool L1nda.
Quality and innovation are also central to your role: you coordinate deep cleanings, analyze guest experiences, and translate feedback into concrete improvement actions. In doing so, you ensure that Housekeeping continues to grow and meets the high expectations of our guests.
With your energy, vision, and people skills, you elevate both the Housekeeping team and the overall guest experience to a higher level.
