What you can expect:
✔ Coordinating daily cleaning operations and staff schedules
✔ Performing quality inspections in line with 5-star standards
✔ Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and hotel policies
✔ Collaborating with other departments to enhance the guest experience
✔ Coaching and guiding team members in their professional growth
✔ Salary starting from €18 per hour (including holiday allowance and days), depending on experience and level
✔ Working in a professional and guest-focused environment

What you’ll bring:
– Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel
– Hands-on mindset with a keen eye for detail
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Flexible, solution-oriented, and proactive attitude
– Comfortable working with diverse teams and cultures
– Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
