We are currently looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for our Corendon Village Hotel. This 4-star hotel opened in spring 2018 in Badhoevedorp and consists of three separate wings: Plaza, Apartments, and Urban – offering more than 680 rooms, suites, studios, and apartments. Guests can also enjoy multiple restaurants, bars, spa and wellness facilities, a fitness area, swimming pool, cinema, and ten multifunctional meeting rooms. What does the role involve?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your main goal is to ensure guest satisfaction by effectively overseeing and managing operations within the department. You inspire and motivate your team, communicate openly and respectfully, and foster a strong sense of teamwork. You’re also responsible for the efficient use of materials and equipment to ensure cost-effective operations, helping the department contribute to overall hotel performance.
Key tasks include:
Supervising the cleaning of public areas and guest rooms
Managing team performance and ensuring all staff have the tools they need
Coaching, training, and motivating your team with a focus on quality and efficiency
Planning and optimizing staffing within the Housekeeping department
Handling administrative duties such as reporting usage, damages, and shift hours
Continuously seeking improvements and optimizations within the department
Flexibility is key – our shifts include mornings and evenings, and we expect you to be available to work on a rotating schedule.

You have relevant experience in similar restaurants/hotels and roles
