As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are jointly responsible for the daily supervision and quality control of the housekeeping operation. You report directly to the Executive Housekeeper and work as part of a team of three Housekeeping Supervisors.
The room attendants are outsourced through a fixed employment agency, which makes you a key link in ensuring quality standards, communication and smooth cooperation on the work floor.
What will you do?
- Daily supervision and guidance of room attendants
- Inspecting guest rooms and public areas in line with Radisson standards
- Ensuring efficient planning and task allocation
- Acting as the main point of contact on the floor for the employment agency
- Identifying and reporting quality and maintenance issues
- Contributing ideas for improvements within the housekeeping department
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and health & safety regulations
Requirements:

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Likes having fun at work
- Supervisory experience in a similar position is beneficial
