As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you play an essential role in maintaining those standards while helping your colleagues develop and perform at their best every day.

What will you do?
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are actively involved in the daily operation. You coordinate housekeeping activities, monitor progress and work closely with the team to ensure all rooms are ready on time and meet our quality standards. You are the first point of contact for your colleagues, train and support new team members and ensure that everyone follows our established procedures. You work closely with the Housekeeping Manager, who is responsible for staff scheduling and the overall management of the department.

Your main responsibilities:

• Opening, coordinating and closing the daily housekeeping operation.

• Inspecting guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation and quality.

• Ensuring rooms are ready on time for arriving guests.

• Onboarding, training and coaching new team members.

• Monitoring compliance with housekeeping procedures and quality standards.

• Guiding, supporting and providing constructive feedback to colleagues when needed.

• Keeping the Housekeeping Manager informed about progress, operational challenges and any issues requiring attention.

• You have experience in housekeeping, preferably within a hotel environment.

• You have experience guiding colleagues or are ready to take the next step in your career.

• You have a keen eye for cleanliness, presentation and quality.

• You enjoy training new team members and helping others develop their skills.

• You are hands-on, independent and confident in providing feedback when needed.

• You communicate clearly and work well with colleagues across different departments.

• You are flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,032.79, based on a 38-hour working week, in accordance with salary group 5 of the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca CAO). Your starting salary will depend on your age, knowledge and relevant experience.
