Our HR team at IHCP Hotels is looking for an HR administrator. In this role you will be responsible for all HR related administration regarding inflow, flow, outflow, monthly figures and so on, for our 6 unique hotels. You do this mainly from our office in Hoofddorp and work together with a team of 2 HR Business Partners, 1 intern, a Learning & Development Coordinator and report to the HR Director. If necessary, you are of course also willing to visit a hotel.
IHCP manages an impressive portfolio of hotels, including the Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, the Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, the Moxy Schiphol Airport, the Moxy The Hague, Residence Inn by Marriot The Hague and Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. In total, these are some 1100 hotel rooms and employ just under 300 staff.
What will you do?
Contract Management: You will manage the contracts of our employees and ensure a smooth inflow, flow, renewal and termination process.
Administration: You will ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel administration in our HRM systems.
HR reporting: You prepare various HR reports.
Monthly figures: You support the preparation and reporting of monthly HR figures.
Recruitment: You support in keeping the vacancies in our hotels up-to-date.

What do we need from you?
Organizational talent: You are good at planning and organizing your work and know how to keep an overview.
Communication skills: You can communicate clearly and effectively with both employees and management.
Eye for detail: You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail.
Some experience in HR e.g. through internship or first job.
Love of administration: You love administrative work and make sure everything is taken care of down to the last detail.
Flexibility: You can quickly switch between different tasks and know how to set priorities.
Knowledge of hospitality is a plus: You have experience in the hospitality sector and understand its dynamics and challenges.
Fluent Dutch and excellent command of the English language.
