For IHCP Hotel Support office, part of International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator. In this role you are responsible for the full HR administration and payroll processing for our 6 unique hotels. You work mainly from our office in Hoofddorp and together with an HR Business Partner, another HR Administrator, 1 intern and a Learning & Development Coordinator, reporting directly to the HR Director. Occasionally you visit one of our hotels to stay connected with the operation. 

IHCP manages an impressive portfolio including Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Schiphol Airport, Moxy The Hague, Residence Inn by Marriott The Hague and Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. Together these hotels represent 1077 rooms and almost 300 colleagues. 

 

Your role will consist of.. 

  • Preparing employment contracts and ensuring smooth inflow, throughflow and outflow processes. When doing this you establish and maintain good relationships with (future-) employees. 

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee file administration in our HR system SDWorx. 

  • Supporting compliance with the Horeca CAO and Dutch labor legislation. 

  • Preparing HR and payroll reports from our HR and hour registration systems. 

  • Processing salary mutations such as contract changes, allowances and end of service payments. 

  • Preparing and processing monthly payroll in cooperation with our payroll provider SDWorx. 

  • Supporting the preparation of monthly HR figures. 

  • Handling a wide range of requests from employees, through email or by phone. You are a source of information for employees. 

  • Assisting in keeping vacancies up-to-date on websites. 

You.. 

  • Have experience in HR administration, including payroll processing 

  • Work accurately and feel comfortable working with numbers and salary data 

  • Have knowledge of Dutch labor law and the Horeca CAO (or are willing to learn quickly) 

  • Are structured and know how to keep an overview 

  • Communicate clearly with employees and management 

  • Love administrative work and ensure everything is arranged down to the last detail 

  • Are flexible and able to switch between different tasks 

  • Have good command of Dutch and English 

  • Experience in hospitality is a plus
