About the Role
You’ll be responsible for both hands-on work and supervision in the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service areas, with a focus on efficiency, coordination, and communication. You’ll also coach team members and take on a variety of responsibilities during this exciting internship, including planning, organizing, and handling administrative tasks across the different Food & Beverage departments. You’ll support and execute projects for the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager. Additionally, you’ll manage complaints within the F&B departments and ensure the accuracy and high standard of service is maintained. You’ll gain valuable knowledge about products, materials, and communication tools.

You have an eye for detail and can work well both independently and in a team. You’re guest-oriented, collegial, and resilient under pressure. You adapt well to change, communicate effectively, and aren’t afraid to take on challenges or show initiative.
