About the role

You are (jointly) responsible for providing every hotel guest with an exceptional experience. After a training period, you will work independently and be responsible for performing service tasks and taking care of guests in all outlets, such as the restaurant, lobby, bar, banquet rooms, and terrace. In addition, you carry out various preparatory, operational, and closing duties, such as receiving orders, welcoming guests, and handing over collected payments. You assist with service and maintain close contact with our guests. You prepare the restaurants and/or event rooms for the arrival of guests and maintain close communication with other departments, such as the kitchen, stewarding, and front office. With your “fresh perspective,” you also continuously look for improvements.
