Without experience working in hospitality? No problem, you can start with us as a Junior Hospitality Employee!

A fish tasting platter and a roast beef sandwich for the table on the raised platform, an onion soup for table 623, and an oyster tasting platter for 408 Oyster Bar side. It all just fits on my tray! My name is Rudy, and I started at HNY without any hospitality experience at all. I can tell you, in the beginning it was quite exciting, walking all day from the pass with trays full of plates to the tables, or carrying a tray full of drinks… On my first working day, I completed training 1. The perfect training for a starting Hospitality Employee, where all the basics are explained, such as where each table is located and what the different sections are called. Still, I found it a bit nerve-wracking to bring my first tray to a table, but luckily my colleague quickly told me what was on each plate so I could explain it to the guests. Are you friendly towards guests and colleagues, and do you thrive in a large team? Then would you like to become my colleague?

Experience is not required, we will teach you everything, and with the right attitude and a big smile, you’ll go a long way! Welcome to HNY as a Junior Hospitality Employee.

In addition to all the hard work, you will earn a good salary!

18 years old? You will earn € 11,99 gross per hour.
19 years old? You will earn € 13,49 gross per hour.
20 years or older? You will earn at least € 14,99 gross per hour.

Reliability: Your salary is always deposited on time!
Salary: The starting salary from the age of 20 is € 14,99 gross per hour, excluding tips, holiday pay, and hours.
40/30 member:

Overnight stay with 2 people for € 40,- including breakfast, in all WestCord Hotels;

30% discount on items in the Kiosk of Hotel New York / WestCord products and on Wellness in WestCord Hotels.

Training courses and workshops to help you continue developing yourself, both professionally and in terms of mental well-being.

A hotel stay at Hotel New York, including dinner, once you have completed your probationary period!

What makes you the right Junior Hospitality Employee?

You are available for at least one day per week. If you are only available for one day per week, that day must be a Saturday or a Sunday.
You are 18 years or older due to working closing shifts.
You have your own transportation.
