About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Maintenance Employee to help keep our hotel in great condition.

You enjoy fixing things, staying active, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Your work plays an important role in creating a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests. No two days are the same, which makes this role varied and engaging.

What you will do

Carry out small technical repairs in rooms and public areas
Resolve basic issues (electricity, plumbing, general maintenance)
Regularly check that everything is working properly and looks well maintained
Inspect rooms after housekeeping or maintenance work
Coordinate with external technicians when needed
Think along about improvements and more efficient ways of working

Who you are

You are practical and technically skilled
You can work independently and take initiative
You are solution-oriented and proactive
You are flexible (including occasional weekend shifts)
You speak English and/or Dutch
